This 4-point Weight Watchers point Apple Pie Bowl dessert is the perfect treat. That’s the great thing about weight watchers you can still enjoy your favorite foods just made a bit more creatively! 

Ingredients

  • 1 graham cracker (2 squares for 2 pts)
  • About a half dozen sprays (approx 1 teaspoon) of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter
  • One fresh honeycrisp apple
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of Sugar In The Raw (1 pt).
  • 2 tablespoons Redi Whip whipped cream(1 pt).

Instructions

  1. 1 graham cracker (2 squares for 2 points) crushed and mixed with a half dozen sprays (approx 1 tsp) of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter as the “crust.”
  2. One honeycrisp apple cooked in a saucepan with some water, 1 tbsp or so of cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of Sugar In The Raw (1 point).
  3. Topped with 2 tablespoons of Redi Whip whipped cream (1 point).

  • Oven-safe ramequins like these (we love that they come with lids!)
