2-Point Weight Watchers Mashed Potatoes

Who wants 2 point Weight watchers mashed potatoes? These are creamy, delicious and totally guilt-free! I love the nice sized portion too!

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces of cooked red potatoes (boiled is easiest, but you can bake your potatoes, too!)  is one serving medium potato
  • Greek yogurt, fat-free

Instructions

  • Make your mashed potatoes as usual but use Greek yogurt in place of milk and butter (I used a little more than I needed to, just mix a spoonful or two in there at a time until it’s the consistency you like).
  • Toss in some garlic, salt, pepper, and whatever else you like!

2 points for the potato, 0 for the yogurt!

Gear you’ll need

  • Not much, but a good potato masher really makes this task 100% easier. NOTES: you can incorporate other fresh herbs, such as thyme, rosemary, and oregano, or stir in cayenne pepper with cumin and paprika for a dish with a Southwestern flavor. Mash the mixture to your desired consistency, mashing less for
