This 1-Point Personal Cheese Souffle dessert is creamy, delish and you can’t beat the low Weight Watchers points!
This is a lightened up and easier way to enjoy a cheesey treat that will totally fill you up! It’s flourless, too, and it has a rich texture. Honestly, at 1 point I would make a few and freeze them.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese (non-fat),
- 1 tablespoon of Pb2
- 1/2 cup fat-free yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon monkfruit sweetener
- 1/2 banana
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients.
- Add 1/2 chopped banana.
- Cook at 350 for 45 mins.
